The University of SAQ is comprised of all independent contractors. If you are an independent Coach, trainer, or self-care specialist focusing on group fitness, HIIT, personal training, or even pilates, and you want to grow your business while reclaiming your time, then The University is the ideal place for you! Each tenant has their own key, allowing you to create your own schedule. We welcome both small and large group trainers, and we provide ongoing trainer mentorship and consulting to support your strength training and overall fitness journey.
